Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners, both couriers and Australia Post.


Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

  • Metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: up to 10 business days

Please note: once your parcel has been handed to the courier/Post Office, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
If you don’t receive one, please check your spam/junk folder or get in touch so we can resend it.

Shipping Fragile Items

Many of our pieces are made from stone or glass. We package all orders carefully to ensure they travel safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your postal address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We can attempt to redirect if the parcel hasn’t been dispatched
  • If the order has already shipped, additional postage costs may apply to resend it

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll always support you in resolving any issues.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
If you’re outside Australia and interested in our pieces, please get in touch — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
